Account Data Handling

We store your login credentials, payment history and game activity on encrypted servers. Your data is retained for the life of your account plus one year after closure, unless local law requires longer retention or you request earlier deletion.

Payment Verification

Every deposit and withdrawal triggers automated checks. We verify your identity via email and two-factor authentication before processing large transfers. Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS appear in your wallet within seconds of confirmation.

Cookie & Session Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in on the same device. Cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time without affecting your account balance.

Frequently Asked About Our Terms & Conditions

You must accept the entire Terms & Conditions to open and use your account. You cannot pick and choose which rules to follow. If you disagree with any clause, you can close your account and request a full refund of your wallet balance within 14 days of opening.

Account violations (fake identity, multi-accounting, collusion with other players) result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of your wallet balance. We review each case individually. If you believe the action was in error, contact our support team with evidence.

You can request closure anytime in Settings > Account Management. Any remaining balance is transferred to your registered payment method within 2–5 business days. Account data is archived for 12 months per our policy, then deleted.

File a dispute in Settings > Account Actions with the game ID or withdrawal reference number. Include photos or descriptions of the issue. Our team reviews within 5 business days and responds with a decision and next steps.

We use your email, phone and payment details to process accounts, withdrawals and verify identity. You can opt out of promotional emails in Settings > Communication Preferences. We do not sell your data to third parties.
